What is Enterprise Email?
Enterprise Email is built around OX App Suite, giving your business professional email plus shared calendars, contacts and productivity tools. You can add email accounts as your team grows, with a simple pay-as-you-grow pricing model.
How much mailbox storage do I get?
10GB per mailbox on the OX App Suite plan, or 25GB per mailbox on the OX App Suite + Productivity plan.
Can I use Outlook and other email apps?
Yes, you can send and receive email using desktop and mobile email apps such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail and others, with IMAP access included on every plan. We have a guide on how to configure different email clients to send and receive email.
- What typical features does Enterprise Email provide over personal email?
Enterprise Email supports features not available in personal email, including shared calendars, global contacts, and push synchronisation for mobile devices, Outlook and Mac.
- Is webmail included?
Yes. You can access your email through a white-labelled Webmail URL (webmail.yourdomainname.com) using your email address and password.
- Can I access my email from my phone?
Yes, your email can be accessed from any smartphone or tablet using our responsive webmail, compatible with iOS and Android.
- What apps are included in OX App Suite?
All OX App Suite plans include access to Webmail, Calendar, Tasks and Address Book. The Productivity package adds OX Drive and OX Documents (Text, Spreadsheets and Presentations).

- Why is the renewal price higher than the first year?
The first-year price is a promotional rate for paying annually up front. The renewal is our standard catalogue price, and we print it on every plan card rather than hiding it in the terms, so there are no surprises in year two.
