Who is Hostking?
Hostking is a web hosting company founded in 2013. We provide website hosting, domain registration, business email and website design, and we support customers across the UAE.
- What's the story behind Hostking?
Since 2013. We started with shared hosting, moved onto our own servers in 2015, expanded our data centre footprint in 2018, and today run as a distributed team supporting customers every day.
- Who will I be talking to when I need help?
Live chat is our main support channel, with most replies in under 10 minutes. Support tickets and email are also available 7 days a week.
- What happens if the service isn't right for me?
Yes. Our hosting plans come with a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee on new first orders.
- Can Hostking move my existing website?
Yes, and it's free. Our team migrates your files, databases and email, and we plan every migration to avoid downtime.
- What services does Hostking offer?
Web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, business email, SSL certificates and professional website design.
- Why is the renewal price higher than the first year?
The first-year price is a promotional rate for paying annually up front. The renewal is our standard catalogue price, and we print it on every plan card rather than hiding it in the terms, so there are no surprises in year two.
