How long does it take to build my website?
Most websites are completed within 3–5 working days after we receive your details.
Can I request changes before approving?
Yes. You can request reasonable revisions to your demo before approving it. We want you to be fully satisfied before your website goes live.
- Is the website really free?
Yes. We design your 1-page website for free before you pay anything. You only pay for hosting once you have reviewed and approved the design. If you are not happy, you walk away at no cost.
- When do I pay and how much?
You only pay after approving your demo website. Hosting is AED33.00/month on a monthly basis, or AED16.50/month when paid annually (AED198/year). No payment is required until you approve your design.
- Do I need a domain name right now?
No. Your demo website will be hosted on our secure demo domain so you can review it before committing. Once you approve the design, you can connect your own domain or register a new one.
- What does the 1-page website include?
Custom design for your business, mobile-friendly layout, contact form, WhatsApp or call button, basic SEO setup and free SSL security.
- What do I need to provide?
Your business name, logo (if you have one), a short description of your services, contact details, and any images you want included.
- Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade to larger hosting plans or add more pages at any time as your business grows.
- Do I own the website?
Yes. Once your hosting is active, the website belongs to you. As long as your hosting remains active, your website stays live.
- Why is the renewal price higher than the first year?
The first-year price is a promotional rate for paying annually up front. The renewal is our standard catalogue price, and we print it on every plan card rather than hiding it in the terms, so there are no surprises in year two.
